1. Introduction
Government
College for Women, Bawal, has continuously strived to provide quality higher
education to girls of the region with a focus on academic excellence, holistic
development, social responsibility, and empowerment of women. The academic
session 2024–2025 was marked by effective implementation of academic reforms,
active student participation in curricular and co-curricular activities, and
commendable achievements in academics, sports, cultural, extension, and
outreach programmes.
2. Student
Strength and Admissions
During the
academic session 2024–2025, a total of 556 students were admitted to various
undergraduate programmes of the college. Admissions were conducted
transparently as per the guidelines of the Department of Higher Education,
Government of Haryana, and Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur.

Performance and NEP 2020 Implementation

(NEP) 2020 for BA, BSc, and BCom First Year students. The college successfully
adopted the multidisciplinary and student-centric approach envisaged under NEP
2020.

system remained satisfactory, with students showing keen interest in both core
